How to plan a trip to Socotra island
Prior to making any trip arrangement, you need to check with the Yemeni embassy in your country to inquire if entry visa is required along with any other documentation needed for visiting the island. If required, apply for a visa first since the processing could take awhile.
For citizens of Gulf countries, it is believed that entry visa may not be required. However, it’s always a good idea to double check ahead of time.
